Dr. Howes and the vet tech were awesome with my two dogs and cat during their annuals. I’ve been bringing my pets here for 8 years and have seen many different vets and techs, but they are all so awesome, knowledgeable and caring.

South Tampa Animal Hospital is the only place we will take our pup while in Tampa. They genuinely care about Max’s health. I love the fact that they get on the floor for his exams instead of putting him up on a cold table.

I would not trust my dog with any other facility, the staff is friendly and the providers are amazing. My dog has been seeing Dr. Putnam since he was 4 months old, she is the best.

Animal Doctors is a wonderful place to take your pet. I have seen many of the doctors in this practice. The doctors and staff are caring, patient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Putnam especially helped my family and I through a tough time. She is so genuine and thoughtful. Their prices are also much lower than the other vets in the area. I won’t take my pet anywhere else.

The Doctors at this clinic are unmatched by any other practice I’ve visited, and I’ve been to many in the Hillsborough County area. The convenience of being able to go without an appointment vs the alternative of being gouged at Blue Pearl or any other emergency clinic is unparalleled. This is a walk-in style facility that I’m very grateful for as it has become increasingly difficult to be seen by a traditional veterinary office within 24-48 hours of calling for a sick appointment. We were seen quickly, and the staff was so friendly and caring to my pup, Stella. Her sniffles, coughs, and sneezes are clearing up!

I have trusted this clinic since 2020, when I arrived in Tampa, and I will not change it for another one. I prefer this clinic because you dont have to make an appointment to be attended. You go any time before 3:30pm, and thats peaceful knowing that you don’t have to rush.

I took my new kitten to get neutered, and I’m extremely impressed with the quality of care and love they gave Odin. He’s literally already purring and playing like normal as soon as he got home. All the staff were super friendly, and a shoutout to Dr. Putnam. She’s the GOAT

We have been taking our dog to Animal Doctors of South Tampa for years and they always do a great job. Recently we adopted a senior rescue who started having major issues. I brought her to Animal Doctors and they worked with us nonstop to figure out what was wrong with our dog and to get her healthy again. We cannot thank Animal doctors enough for their service, knowledge and care for the animals they treat.
